We build our pumpers on Kenworth and Freightliner chassis rated at 40,000 GVW, with a 6061 aluminum subframe in quarter-inch structural material and a body formed from 3/16″ 5052 aluminum. That’s not a detail most builders will tell you, but it’s the reason these trucks hold up.
The working end is a HALE 1250 side-mount pump with top-mount speed lays, a 1000-gallon poly tank, and every bit of plumbing run in 304 stainless, Schedule 40. ROM roll-up doors with integrated LED lighting, Zolatone compartment interiors, Turtle Tile flooring, aluminum slat hose bed, and fold-down steps to reach it.
